Situated 11 miles east of Kirkwall, it is only a 15 minute drive away from the shops and restaurants that Kirkwall offers. This comfortable and cosy cottage, with no near neighbours is only a 20 minute walk away from the local shop which stocks all the necessities and local produce.

There is underfloor heating throughout, with thermostats in each room. The Master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite shower/toilet. The 2nd bedroom has twin single beds and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed with an additional pullout single bed for a 6th person. There is a shared bathroom with separate shower . The bedlinen and towels provided were sourced with quality and comfort in mind. The large sunroom has views to the south isles and often catches the sunset in the west. It is a useful area for either children to play or adults to relax in peace. All level access.
