Join in the Book Week Scotland fun in Orkney this November with a series of events across the islands.

Orkney will be celebrating Book Week Scotland this year with a number of exciting events planned. Organised by the Scottish Book Trust, the various activities will be linked to this year’s theme of 'Rebel' and will celebrate books, reading and the written word across the country.

What - Yap ‘n’ Yarn

What - Get Set for Christmas with Rosemary Moon

Children and families are invited to an hour of magical mischief as Vivian French shares her fun family tale, Tom & Tallulah and the Witches' Feast. After turning up late to each and every meeting, Tallulah Tickle has one last chance to keep her place in the witches’ circle. To prove herself she must prepare a mouth-watering midnight feast for the other witches in just three days – but there’s a catch. They’ve ordered Tallulah to make their favourite meals … but they won’t tell her what they are! Come along to find out what happens next.
